MOTIVATION

This project was designed by the need to share something that I have been seeking to understand all my life. Many times, we have questions with confusing answers. I know what it feels like to feel lost, this content can clear up doubts and unknowns that limit our lives, hence the importance of taking it into your hands.

After going through several stages and searches, I understood that the mind kept a secret

I didn’t know the result or its importance, but I knew there was something beyond it. The further I progressed, a puzzle revealed itself before me, changing my life forever. Let me take you through a self-analysis, which will at least alleviate the weight of not understanding, not understanding you, or both.

The topics to be covered are explained in an entertaining and practical way, with a language that we can all understand.

RELEVANCE

Not understanding is not being able to, when understanding about oneself and the environment is lacking, we are prey to it.

Albert Einstein said: If you judge a fish by its ability to climb trees, it will think that it is useless all its life.

This phrase offers several important messages, but its relationship to the project is that the environment makes us believe things about ourselves, a single belief can turn us into something we are not. Most times we are not aware of this, nor that the root of our suffering is the lack of knowledge of that belief.

It is possible to change our chip, it is possible to shape oneself, it is possible to leave the mind to start living. I think we all deserve a life in which, although we cannot control the wind, we can steer our boat so as not to sink.
